Hi All, I’m Carlos Benson, entrepreneur, expert guide and businessman extraordinaire in the food concessions industry.

With an incredible 18-year journey in the food concessions industry; combined with 5 years’ experience in business management, I started off as the modest owner of a regular food stand. After much hard work, much innovation and a little bit of luck I successfully operated and owned a hot dog cart, water ice truck, and a food vending business. Having started from the ground up, I know what it means to work hard to achieve your goals.
While I remain active in the food vending industry, I am truly passionate about assisting entrepreneurs who wish to grow their own food concessions business.
Many years in the field have allowed me to witness the pitfalls and the successes of investing in this industry. I have seen many businesses rise and fall in their attempts to create an impressive brand while fulfilling their dream of running their own company.
Backed by my experience, knowledge, and desire to assist others in the same industry, I made the decision to help budding entrepreneurs in their mission to reach professional success.
